Community and Health Research Unit Website Launch

As I wrote about a couple of months ago, the Community and Health Research Unit (CaHRU) already had an established blog and a good base to work from for their new website.  Today, www.cahru.org.uk has officially launched!

CaHRU Website

As I wrote for their news feed, there is a new layout and design to the site and straight from the homepage you can access information about our research by clicking on the research programme buttons.  You can also access these programmes by the menu at the top of the page, as well as information about our research impact and partnerships.

Also available from the menu is information about the group and more detailed information about the staff invovled in CaHRU.  Finally, there is an easy to use contact form with which you can send messages and queries to the group.

I was also able to set up a Twitter account for this group: @CaHRU_UoL.  This won’t be suitable for all groups but due to the stature of the group over the last few years and the frequent interaction with other organisations, Twitter is a perfect tool for CaHRU to engage with their audience and get their name out there.

We have asked for feedback from those around the University so hopefully some constructive criticism will come our way soon so we can continue to develop the website in the coming months.
